Certificate of Insurance

If doing work in the City for the first time, contractors must:

  • Attach a certificate of insurance when you apply.
  • Keep a current certificate of insurance on file with the City.
    • Note: After renewing insurance, all contractors must attach their updated insurance information.

Cold weather plan

Sidewalk work may require a cold weather plan.

You will need a cold weather plan to:

  • Do concrete work in the right-of-way between October 15th and April 15th.
