Step one

  • Know the type of curb zone(s) you want installed.

Step two

  • Contact us to request a new loading or limited-time curb zone.
  • Include the following details:
    • Where on the block you would like us to install the zone.
    • Meter numbers if the zone is in a metered area.

Step three

After we receive your request, the City will:

  1. Complete a site review to make sure the location is appropriate.
  2. Contact you, after the site review is complete, to discuss:
    • Any issues we find
    • Price estimates for the install and annual maintenance fees
  3. Issue an invoice to establish the zone when we finalize the terms of the zone.

Step four

After you receive the invoice:

  • Pay the curb zone fees as noted in the invoice.

Step five

  • Wait for us to install your curb zone.

The City will install the zone after we receive payment.

Keep your curb zone in place

  • Going forward, pay your fees to keep your zone in place.

We will send invoices each February.
