What to know

To apply for an encroachment permit:

1. Fill out the application form.
   • Include all of the items you plan to place in your boulevard.
2. Pay a non-refundable application fee.
3. Submit your completed application and fee to the Public Works Right-of-Way Office.

Note: If we find that you need any other permits, we’ll contact you to let you know.
