As part of the application, you must provide:

• Route map
• Waste and recycling map (form included in application)
• Neighborhood notice and approval form (form included in application)

Deadline

For large parades

Submit your application at least 60 days before the parade date.

For all other parades

Submit your application at least 30 days before the parade date.

Note: You must apply for your parade permit before the deadline. We do not accept late applications.

Fees

You must pay the parade permit fee to obtain the permit.

Security deposit fee (large parades only): $800

Other fees

You may also need to pay:

• Traffic management fees
• Signage fees
• Waste and recycling costs
• A security deposit fee (for large parades)
