Application process
Submit your application
Upload your plans to ProjectDox
After we process your application, we'll email you with instructions for uploading your plans to ProjectDox.
Make revisions if needed
We'll prescreen your submitted plans, and let you know if we see any issues. Submit any needed revisions through ProjectDox.
Once we approve your plans, you can download them.
Pay the fee
- In person at the Minneapolis Service Center
- Call our payment phoneline to pay by credit card
- By mail
- Make checks payable to the Minneapolis Finance Department.
Submit photos
The contractor must submit photos of the exhaust system before and after work is complete. The photos must:
- Be submitted to ProjectDox within five business days of the work being completed.
- Be date stamped.
- Clearly indicate which photos apply to which systems.
