What to know

You must complete this application at least two weeks before you:

• Install any gasoline or flammable liquid storage tanks
• Alter any piping from flammable liquid storage tanks

This permit is for tank installation only. The Minneapolis Health Department issues permits for tank removal or abandonment. You may need additional permits depending on the use of the tank.
