What you need for your appointment:

• A basic building plan
• A code check done by a Minneapolis-licensed architect
• We will contact you to pay the $75 meeting fee after you submit the request

Meetings are held via Microsoft Teams and begin at either 8:30 a.m or 9:30 a.m.

Your architect or designer must attend the meeting.
