Meet with a building code plan reviewer

We hold virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams to:

• Review preliminary plans for your commercial construction project
• Answer your questions about building code requirements
• Provide feedback

A preliminary review ensures that your project is on the right track before you proceed with:

• Final plan development
• Permit submittal

There is a $75 meeting fee. You will be asked to pay the fee when you schedule the meeting. 

When we can meet with you

• We hold all preliminary commercial plan review meetings on weekday mornings.
• We do not schedule meetings on Thursdays.
• All meetings are one hour long and begin at either 8:30 or 9:30 a.m.
