You must follow the rules for photo ID cards.

What to know

Requirements

  1. Send a clear, color photo of your face. Don’t use filters, and make sure the lighting is good.
  2. Make sure nothing covers your face. Remove glasses, hats, or anything else that blocks your face.
  3. Face the camera straight on—don’t tilt your head.
  4. Use a plain white or off-white background.
