Rules

  • You will need to have a new LPHE Retailer License from the Office of Cannabis Management
  • You will need to register your business as an LPHE Retailer with the City of Minneapolis
  • If you want to serve LPHE, you will need an on-site consumption endorsement from OCM
  • You will need to get an LPHE license even if you currently sell LPHE

Steps to get and keep your lower-potency hemp edible license

State license

Get a state-issued license

Even if you have been selling LPHE, you will need to get an LPHE License from OCM and register with the City of Minneapolis.

You have to register your licensed business with the City of Minneapolis.

To serve LPHE products, you need an on-site consumption endorsement from OCM.
