Minneapolis Utility Billing
Utility Billing provides billing services for the citizens of Minneapolis for their water, sewer, stormwater, solid waste and recycling services.
For security purposes, please be sure to keep your Internet browser current. After May 1, 2016 you will not be able to make payments with versions lower than the listed browsers: Internet Explorer v11, Chrome v30, FireFox v27, Opera v17, Safari v7, Safari Mobile IOS 5.
Note: The Utility Billing phone staff will be unavailable on April 21 from 12:45pm - 3:15pm for a staff meeting. The customer service counter located in the Public Service Center will be available during that time.
Online Account Access
View account information, sign up to receive an e-bill, make one time payments, or set up recurring payments.
Sign Up for Automatic Bill Payment
The account will be paid from a bank account on the day it is due. Please continue to pay until notification is made on your bill. Allow up to 4 weeks for processing. For credit card automated payments, use Online Account Access and set up recurring payments.
