Please be ready to give your service address, name, a contact number, and an explanation of the problem/question.
If you have to wait longer then 1 minute for a “live” person, perhaps you called the wrong department, have called after hours, or did not listen to our recorded message. Anytime we are not available to take your call, our recorded message will explain why we are unavailable.
Got a letter from our office?
Most of our letters are a follow up to tags left on the handle of your garbage or recycling cart. Please understand that our letters are another tool to help you learn the most about your garbage and recycling services. Unless your service address is part of an accelerated cleanup area, or has a health and safety issue that requires immediate attention, you should always receive a follow up notice by mail.
Got a tag on your cart?
Our tags are left on the handles of your carts and are educational tools that the crew uses to inform you when your garbage and/or recycling are not set out for proper collection. The tag should explain any problems, but you can call our Customer Service line at (612) 673-2917 to get additional information.
All tags are tracked by our computer system so that we can identify customer service issues and improve our education programs. It is not considered a “black” mark against you because you received a tag.
