I. Policy Statement

The City of Minneapolis and the Human Resources Department are dedicated to the development and retention of employees. The Exit Interview can play an important part in capturing information in an effort to understand why employees choose to leave the organization.

A complete and comprehensive Exit Interview Process has been developed and is available for use by managers and supervisors by partnering with assigned Human Resources. To learn more about the process and the tools available click on Exit Interview Procedures
