Report Parking Ramp/Lot Issue

Did you have an issue at a Minneapolis parking facility? Reporting issues online is quick and easy. Once submitted, a 311 customer service agent will log your concern. Our goal is to address your reported  issue within 3 days. Once the issue has been addressed, you will be notified of the results.

Reporting Requirements

When reporting an issue with a pay station, two items are required:

Pay a Ticket 

The Hennepin County Violations Bureau and Hearing Office handles fine payments and answers questions about tickets.
