Collection service delayed for Thursday and Friday pickups

Icy conditions suspended collection services on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Collection crews will finish Thursday routes on Friday before starting Friday routes. Anything uncollected by the end of the day Friday will be picked up on Saturday. Customers should shovel out their carts, and leave them at the alley or curb line until serviced.

Shovel out your carts

Shovel a path through the snow, including snow left by the plow, from your carts to the alley or curb line. If the collection crew cannot easily wheel your carts to the truck, they cannot service them.
