Living Green Expo May 1-2

The Living Green Expo is the place to learn about the latest in healthy and sustainable living. The family-friendly event is one of the largest and most successful green events of its kind. It also is the largest zero-waste event in the state. The event is free and open to the public May 1 and 2 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds grandstand.

Featuring more than 250 local exhibitors, workshops, demonstrations and activities for the family, the event can help you green your home, gardening, transportation, eating, energy use, building and recreation.

Stop by the City of Minneapolis Bike Walk Ambassadors to find a route on the giant map and learn about Bike Walk Week 2010, how to bike and walk as transportation, sharing the road, and bike education. For more information on biking and walking, visit Walking in Minneapolis.
