Buying a home or remodeling? Minneapolis housing fairs can help
Are you planning a home renovation project, purchasing or refinancing a home? If so, head to one of two City of Minneapolis housing fairs to be held on Oct. 20 and 21. Learn how you can take advantage of the great prices and housing choices currently available. If you already own a home, then learn about loan modifications and refinancing options, renovation, repair and energy efficient improvements. Lenders, real estate agents, financial and housing educators, and City staff will be on hand to meet and guide you through some of the processes involved to make the necessary changes.
