Coach a team for the Minneapolis Police Activities League

The Minneapolis Police Activities League (PAL) needs volunteers and role models with knowledge of sports and leadership to coach teams and help teach children the basics of sports.

Children involved in mentoring programs like PAL are less likely to become involved in crime and criminal activity and are more likely to go to college. However, one in three children will reach adulthood without the benefit of a mentor. Help make a difference in the future of Minneapolis children and the community.

Email or call Lt. Giovanni Veliz at 612-673-5437 or Sgt. David Stichter at 612-673-5853 to volunteer. You will receive an activity interest survey to fill out and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
