City boards, commissions need applicants

Minneapolis residents with diverse backgrounds and experiences are needed to apply to serve on City boards and commissions.

Applications are being accepted for more than 50 openings on seven City boards and commissions. The volunteers help shape key policy decisions and provide community input on City services. Members are appointed by the City Council and Mayor.

Employees are asked to encourage Minneapolis residents they know to apply. City employees who live in Minneapolis are also welcome to apply.
