It’s not too late to get a flu shot

As we begin the New Year, the Minnesota Department of Health is reporting a greater than normal spike in influenza cases. A typical flu season can last through April or May, so it’s not too late to get vaccinated. Flu shots are offered at no cost to Medica members and are available at many convenient locations.

If you receive your flu shot at a Target Clinic and Pharmacy by January 31, 2014 you will receive a $5 Target Gift Card.  Target will send you the gift card approximately 4-6 weeks after you receive your flu shot.  Visit to find the location nearest you.
