Downtown transportation and revitalization project plans on display at IDS
Transportation and revitalization project plans designed to enhance downtown Minneapolis will be on display at the 14th annual Building Community Exhibition. The free event, which is open to the public, is set for Aug. 22 - 23 in the IDS Crystal Court, 701 Nicollet Mall.
The event features noon hour presentations and the opportunity to look at scale models, pictures and maps of development projects, including the new Vikings stadium, the 5th Street light-rail corridor and The Interchange project.
Thursday, Aug. 22: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 23: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
All presentations are free and open to the public. The 15-minute lectures begin at noon and are followed by a 15 minute question and answer session.
