Registration open for next noon hour yoga series

If you’d like to reduce stress, improve your core strength and increase flexibility, consider taking a noon hour yoga class. One convenient option for Downtown workers is the noon hour yoga series offered in the Grain Exchange building, 400 S. 4th St.

The next series of yoga classes offered at the Grain Exchange begins the week of July 9. Classes are offered in Suite 806 and run from 12:10 to 12:55 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The fee is $60 for six classes, and you can attend sessions twice a week or once a week. If eight people register, there will be a $3 discount. If 10 people register, there will be a $6 discount.

To register, simply come to either the July 10 or July 12 class. For more information classes, including yoga, Zumba and Pilates, visit Fit To Live at or contact Linda Simon at (612) 722-6571 or [email protected].
