Focus group to help City improve employee wellness programs

A group of employees representing a variety of departments will be participating in a focus group on July 9 as part of the City’s effort to improve our employee health and wellness services.

The focus group is made up of employees who volunteered to share their thoughts about what they like and dislike about the current health and wellness programs, why they decide to participate in a particular program, and what health and wellness services they’d like to see offered in the future.

The information gleaned from the focus group will help City staff better tailor the City’s health and wellness services to the needs and interests of employees.
