April 24 workshop to discuss the impact of nutrition on stress
The City’s Wellness Committee has organized a series of free workshops on healthy eating that are being taught by nutrition educators from Nutritional Weight and Wellness, a Twin Cities organization dedicated to educating people on health and nutrition.
Two workshops have been held and three more are scheduled. Registration has closed because all workshops are full and have a waiting list. Due to the popularity of these workshops City staff members are exploring the option of offering the workshops again. Watch this newsletter and CityTalk for announcements on upcoming classes.
