Web portal offers City public data on June 23 officer-involved shooting

Public data from the June 23, 2018 officer-involved shooting is being made available on the City’s webpage for frequently requested police information. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is performing the investigation of the incident.

During the investigation, the BCA’s investigative data is generally confidential or protected nonpublic information. However, any public data originating from the City of Minneapolis will be posted to the webpage as more data is authorized for release.
