Minneapolis closing streets near U.S. Bank Stadium Sunday for Vikings game and the Twin Cities Marathon

The City of Minneapolis will close streets around U.S. Bank Stadium for Sunday’s Minnesota Vikings game, which starts at noon, and the start of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and Medtronic TC 10 Mile race, which happen at 8 a.m. and 7 a.m. respectively.

These street closings are for traffic safety and security needs related to a large event. Chicago Avenue, Fourth Street and Norm McGrew Place will reopen about one hour after the completion of the Vikings game. All street closings for the marathon will end by 9 a.m.
