Most traffic signals up and running after early morning power outage Downtown

City traffic signals are back online, after a brief power outage on the east side of Downtown early this morning. Most signals are now functioning normally. However, some are flashing red, and Public Works crews are working now to re-set these lights to their normal operation. Until all traffic signals are back to normal, drivers are asked to be patient and use caution.

An underground fire near 200 S. 5th St. led to the outage shortly after 6 a.m., and power was restored by 8 a.m.
