State of the City 2005

Mayor R.T. Rybak delivered his State of the City speech on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at Plaza Verde in the Phillips Neighborhood of Minneapolis.

The Mayor's address will be rebroadcast on City 14 (Minneapolis Cable Channel 14) in April and May at 5 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays, and at 8 p.m. on Saturdays on Channel 14.).
