2019 License Fee Schedule

2019 License Fee Schedule is now available.

Public Hearing: Administrative Issuance of Licenses Ordinance Amendments 

On November 27, 2018, the Economic Development and Regulatory Services Committee will consider ordinance amendments authorizing the Licensing Official to administratively issue all new and renewal general business licenses.

New License Required

Innovative Emerging Small Business Pilot Permit:  This new permit is intended for non-traditional  businesses currently not authorized in Minneapolis.  

Short-Term Rental Hosting Platform Application is required for internet sites which advertise rental dwelling units for property owners and collect a fee for booking services. A Rental License or Registration is required if a dwelling unit (room, full or partial house/apartment), is rented for periods of 30 days or less.   2019 Rental License Fees
