Director of Total Compensation

The Human Resources Department is seeking an accomplished leader who is familiar with best practices in total compensation and employee benefits to lead the Total Compensation Solutions Division. This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing a comprehensive approach to total compensation, including employee benefits and wellness, HR Information System, compensation, and classification.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in HR/Industrial Relations/Business or Public Administration and 8 years of progressively responsible experience, of which 2 years of experience is in a government-related and management position. A Master's Degree is highly desirable.
