The BIS Deputy Director Managed Services acts as the primary vendor manager/service provider governance coordinator for the city’s multi-million dollar contracts with service providers for information technology services, driving the development and implementation of new Service Provider Governance processes, and facilitating the achievement of contract deliverables and obligations in support of City goals.
