Employee Wellness Program
In 2013 you will be able to choose which health actions to complete within the My Health Rewards Program. Start by completing the Personal Health Profile, and then pick two additional health actions that are the best fit for you. When you complete the program by earning at least 300 points by August 31, 2013, your premium contribution rate in 2014 will be lower than if you do not complete the program.
