Health and Wellness Classes

A variety of classes are scheduled throughout the year covering all areas of well-being. Each class is worth 25 points and you can earn points for up to two classes.  Sign up for classes in COMET.  Log in to COMET and Click “Learning and Development.” Enter keywords from the name of the class in the search. We are still adding classes, so please check back if you don't see a class that you are interested. Once you find a class you are interested in, click “Enroll."

After you complete the class, you need to self-report your attendance in order to earn the points.  To report a class, log into the Health and Wellness page on www.mymedica.com.   and go to the Rewards page or the "Your Well-Being Your Way" tile.  Enter the name of the class and date you attended.   This step by step guide will walk you through how to self-report a class.
