Health and Wellness Classes

A variety of classes are scheduled throughout the year covering all areas of well-being. Each class is worth 250 points and you can earn points for up to four classes.  Sign up for classes in COMET.  Log in to COMET and Click “Learning and Development.” Enter keywords from the name of the class in the search. We are still adding classes, so please check back if you don't see a class that you are interested. Once you find a class you are interested in, click “Enroll."

After you complete the class, you need to self-report your attendance in order to earn the points.  To report a class, go to the "programs" page in the Virgin Pulse program.  Click on Attend a Wellness Program And/Or Class then Start Now.  Enter the name and date you attended your class and check the confirm box and click Submit.
