U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray Center
800 Nicollet Mall
The U.S. Piper Jaffray Center is constructed on the former Conservatory site on the Nicollet Mall. The project includes underground parking, retail on the street and skyway levels, and high rise office space. When fully leased, the building will house approximately 3,000 downtown workers. The city participated in this project by assisting with site assembly to prepare the project for redevelopment.
