Ryan Companies has developed a full block, mixed-use project consisting of a 145,000 square foot, two-level Target Store at Ninth Street and Nicollet Mall; 40,000 square feet of additional retail shops and a Senior Citizen Hospitality Center; 450,000 square feet of office space anchored by Retek; and an 825-car underground municipal parking garage. The project is linked to adjacent blocks by four skyway bridges.
