Shingle Creek Commons
46th & Humboldt Avenues North
Shingle Creek Commons is the senior rental housing component of the overall housing development proposed as part of the Humboldt Avenue Greenway Project. Shingle Creek Commons contains 75 units of senior rental housing for independent seniors with mix of incomes. It is located at 46th and Humboldt Avenues North. The Humboldt Avenue Greenway is primarily a partnership between Hennepin County, the City of Minneapolis, the State of Minnesota, the Lind-Bohanon Neighborhood and the Shingle Creek Neighborhood of Minneapolis. The Humboldt Avenue Greenway will result in a greenway along Humboldt Avenue North to connect communities, provide an amenity, calm traffic and facilitate neighborhood improvement and redevelopment adjacent to the road.
