Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is constructing 20 units of permanent supportive housing for families in the Phillips/Ventura Village Neighborhood. Sixteen of the units will be designated for heads of households who have a disability. The other four units will be designated for "community leaders." PPL will select the community leaders that will represent families that have overcome homelessness and are now in a position to serve as role models to the rest of the tenants.

On-site services in the builind will include employment counseling, children’s programming, substance abuse counseling, education, family services, mental health services and programming for fathers.
