City Homes on Park is one element of the Phillips Park Project that is a collaborative of local institutions, neighborhood organizations, residents and business committed to the preservation, maintenance and improvement of the four-block area. The project includes the rehabilitation and conversion of three large mansions located along Park Avenue into nine condominium units and six carriage unit apartments, and construction of 14 new townhouse units in the East Village portion of the project. The project also includes improved street and landscape amenities.
