Block E

Seventh Street South and Hennepin Avenue

McCaffery Interests and Graves Hospitality Corp., in participation with the City of Minneapolis, developed a significant downtown entertainment center and parking ramp on the 600 block on the west side of Hennepin Avenue, known as Block E. The entertainment venue includes two levels of restaurant, retail, and entertainment tenants anchored by Sega GameWorks, Bellanotte, the twenty-one story full-service Graves 601 Hotel with 256 rooms and the fashionable Cosmos restaurant, and a first class 15-screen cinema with 3,600 seats.
