Marcy Holmes Neighborhood Master Plan and
Dinkytown Business District Plan
The purpose of the Dinkytown business district planning process is to develop and refine the City’s land use and development policy for the Dinkytown activity center area.
This is being undertaken through the initiative of the a working group representing business district stakeholders, in partnership with the Marcy Holmes Neighborhood Association and the City.
It is also being coordinated with the neighborhood association’s concurrent update to the Marcy Holmes Neighborhood Master Plan. The intent is to complete the planning process by late fall/early winter 2013, to coincide with the Marcy Holmes plan update timeline. The Dinkytown plan will be incorporated into the neighborhood master plan.
More information, including opportunities for involvement and draft documents for review, will be posted here when available.
