Sensitive automobile access and circulation
Site Plan Review requires that vehicle access and circulation shall be designed to minimize conflicts with pedestrian traffic and with surrounding residential uses. The City requires the consolidation of curb cuts for driveways wherever possible (530.140). In addition, the PO Overlay limits the width of driveways to 20 feet of street frontage.
