Minutes
Council Minutes record actions taken at Council meetings. Council minutes are published in the Finance and Commerce. Most Ordinances and Resolutions are summarized in Finance and Commerce. The complete text of Council Actions is published on the City’s website in the: City Council Archives under Official Council Proceedings (Council Actions).
Council Information
The Council Information Division proofs original documents against published actions and corrections are made administratively or by republication depending on the nature of the error. The Council Information Division catalogues all Council actions within one month of publication. Ordinance amendments are incorporated into the Code within three weeks of the meeting. Supplements to the Code of Ordinance are published twice a year.
Retention
Official Council Proceedings and related documents file with the City Clerk are kept permanently on file in the office of the City Clerk.
