Subcommittees do not have decision-making powers. They make recommendations to the commission. Subcommittees may not take actions without approval of the commission.

The Audit Subcommittee recommends audits and studies of any matters within the scope of the Police Conduct Oversight Ordinance.

The subcommittee meets at least four times a year. Meetings are held in public in accordance with the Minnesota Open Meeting Law.
The Policy and Procedure Subcommittee:
The Policy and Procedure Subcommittee typically meets the last Tuesday of the month at 7:15 PM.
