Longfellow Community (Longfellow & Howe)
The eclectic Ward 9 neighborhoods of Longfellow and Howe are represented by the Longfellow Community Council. With civic amenities such as Longfellow Park and Recreation Center, Longfellow Community School, Sanford Middle School and the East Lake Community Library , Longfellow has much to offer its diverse array of residents.
In addition to public facilities, Longfellow is rich with assets such as the Zorongo Flamenco Dance Company, Riverview Theater , Tapestry Folk Dance Center , Patrick’s Cabaret and the Blue Moon Coffee Café .
