Minneapolis Urban Agriculture Survey

Members or leaders of community gardens, market gardens or urban farms in Minneapolis are invited to complete a brief, 10-minute Minneapolis Urban Agriculture Survey. If you'd prefer to take the survey over the phone, please call 612-673-6106 (oral interpretation available upon request). Please only submit one response per garden or farm site. For example, if you’re a part of an organization that operates multiple garden sites at different locations, you should complete a separate survey for each site. All survey participants will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card to a garden supply store. Español.

Complete the Minneapolis Urban Agriculture Survey in English or Spanish.

Homegrown Minneapolis seeks to expand on Gardening Matters’ work to:

Save the Date

Survey participants and community members are invited to attend a final presentation of survey highlights. There will be drawings for gift cards to a garden supply store at both presentations (survey participants do not need to be present to win).
