Unsubscribe from a List

To unsubscribe to some, but not all lists:

1. Click this link: Unsubscribe

2. Log in (use your primary e-mail address)

3. Check the Delete box for any lists you want to unsubscribe from.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

To unsubscribe to all lists:

1. Click this link: Unsubscribe

2. Log in (use your primary e-mail address)

3. Scroll down and check I no longer wish to receive updates from City of Minneapolis.

4. Click Save.

Change Subscription Settings

1. Click this link: My Profile

2. Log in (use your primary e-mail address)

3. Scroll to the desired section of the profile page and follow instructions to make changes.

4. Click the Save button to save your changes.
Click the Cancel button to cancel your changes.

To Change Primary E-mail Address …

Changing your primary e-mail address and will change the e-mail address you use as your log in.

Scroll to this section of the page:

To Add or Change Second E-mail Address …

You can add the second address when you first subscribe, or add it by changing your subscription settings any time.

Scroll to this section of the profile page:

Wireless Alert Option

You can check the Wireless Alert Preferred box for any e-mail address.

When this box is checked a special version of an update or alert will be sent, formatted specifically for mobile phones and other PDA text-messaging services.

You can select the Wireless Alert Preferred option when you first subscribe, or add it by changing your subscription settings any time.
