2008 Resident Satisfaction SurveyThe City of Minneapolis contracted with National Research Center, Inc. to conduct a city wide resident survey. The survey provided residents the opportunity to rate the quality of life in the City, as well as service delivery and their satisfaction with local government. The survey also allowed residents to provide feedback to the City on what is working and what is not, and share their priorities for community planning and resource allocation. This is the fourth iteration of the Minneapolis Resident Survey since the baseline study conducted in 2001. 2008 Resident Survey presentations Executive Summary, Minneapolis Resident Survey 2008 (PDF, four pages) Zoning, Planning and Community Development Services report of results (PDF, 42 pages) Health, Energy and Environmental Services report of results (PDF, 19 pages) Public Safety and Regulatory Services report of results (PDF, 41 pages) Transportation and Public Works Services report of results (PDF, 42 pages) Minneapolis Resident Survey (2008)You can view the entire 2008 Resident Satisfaction Survey (122 pages) or browse through individual chapters.
