Vendor and Sub-Recipient List
This is a list of organizations that have received American Recovery and Reinvestment Act dollars as
result of a contract or grant. In some cases, "vendors" or "sub-recipients" are entities that have
received money from multiple projects, and in those cases the dollar amounts are described next to each
project.
A "vendor" is an entity that supplies a common good or service to the city or city's partner. A
"sub-recipient" is an entity that is doing activity or work on behalf of the prime recipient to achieve
the proposed goals of the contract or grant. In cases where the city of Minneapolis is identified on this
list, the city is acting as a sub-recipient to a prime recipient of the grant (usually a state agency).
