Project Description

The City is a subrecipient, along with Olmsted County, of a project funded through the Minnesota Department of Health. Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW) is an obesity, physical activity and nutrition project. Funds will be used to plan, implement, and provide expertise on evidence-based and sustainable policy, systems, and environmental changes that support healthy behaviors related to reducing obesity through increased physical activity and improved nutrition in the Minneapolis community.
