Project Description

Construct replacement for most of the Dewatering Plant (constructed in 1971) for processing Water Treatment Plant residuals. Project dollars included $2,000,000 in loan forgiveness as well as an additional $1,040,902 of loan forgiveness from Green Project reserve funds for a total of $3,040,902 in loan forgiveness toward replacement construction.
